Conflict Mineral Compliance Announcement


Digifast is complying with section 1502, which also known as Conflict Mineral Rules. This require company to disclose whether their product contain gold, tin, tantalum or tungsten regardless of where they are sourced. We are committed to follow through with this directive, as it is aiming to stop funding violent conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and various surrounding countries. Therefore, Digifast promise we won’t purchase conflict area’s mineral material and will ask our supplier to stop any use of material from the conflict area. Additionally, they will have to show their commitment and agree to comply with the rule. Digifast will attempt everything under our power to trace the material source to ensure there aren’t any mineral material from those conflicted areas.
